Six dimensions. One integrated view.

Most businesses have significant gaps in two or three dimensions. Identifying the right two or three — and fixing them in the right sequence — is what drives growth without chaos. The Growth Matrix gives you that clarity in two weeks.

Brand and market position

What you actually stand for. Whether your brand is clear, consistent, and compelling to your target customer — or means something different in every store, every season, every campaign. A weak or inconsistent brand costs you more than most founders realise.

Product and commercial discipline

Whether your product range is right for your customer and your location. Whether your margins are where they should be. Most retail businesses bleed margin silently through poor assortment discipline — too wide, wrong depth, wrong location.
